 How Can I pay for my Citymoving tickets?

You can purchase your tickets online using your credit card 24/7. Reservations made by your hotel are to be paid before boarding,  in cash, debit or credit cards. We accept American Express, Diners, Visa and MasterCard.

 Is there a time limit for the purchase of the ticket?

Our service can be booked up to one day before the schedul time.

 Is it possible to cancel my reservation and get a refund?

If you want to cancel your reservation, you have must to send us email on info@citymoving.it with request for the cancel least 1 day in advance before departure. In this case Citymoving will refund the ticket price paid within 30 day.

 Is it possible to change my reservation?

Your reservation can not be changed. Can be canceled and rebooked again or contacting us on info@citymoving.it.

 Is it possible to transport of animals, bicycles, surfboards, skis etc ...?

Pets are not permitted on training and animals covered by the Assistance Animal Pass (which must be available and produced on request) will be permitted to travel on Citymoving.

A special baggage equipment as for example: for skiing, skates, bicycles and other "special" items, contained in a separate enclosure.

The Special baggage are subject to payment of an additional fee and will be allowed on there is space available, at the discretion of the driver, do not bear danger on the trip.

Traveling with children

Children under the age of 18 years must always be accompanied by a passenger over 18 years. 

Escort and special facilities are not available.
